Carla’s journey in beauty began at the Parisian Beauty Academy, where she honed her expertise in skin, hair, and nails. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Berkeley College, blending artistry with strategic insight. Committed to holistic wellness, Carla advanced her education as a holistic health practitioner, understanding that true skin health comes from addressing underlying causes, not just surface concerns.
With over a decade of experience across salons, spas, and medical aesthetics, Carla brings the Beauty Lab experience to life — a continuous journey of self-care, confidence, and self-love. Her philosophy is not about changing who you are, but elevating your confidence and unlocking your skin’s full potential.
Carla’s extensive knowledge spans cosmetic surgery, non-surgical treatments, paramedical skincare, and the latest beauty trends. She empowers clients through personalized, results-driven services tailored to each individual’s needs. Guided by intentional living, daily wellness habits, and the law of attraction, Carla is dedicated to excellence in every facet of Beauty Lab — ensuring every client feels radiant, confident, and cared for.

Being Latina is my superpower. I was born in Quito, Ecuador and so proud of my Latin roots. The experience that I have watching my mom build a life for our family here in the United States laid the foundation for me. Everything I do is centered on my culture — it's part of my identity and why I hustle so hard. It's also a big motivation for creating Beauty Lab.
Diversity has been part of my life since day one. In my own family, we are all different skin tones and it’s my priority to make everyone feel seen. My goal is to create my own version of inclusivity. When hand picking products and treatments, I address a wide range of skin tones and highlight melanin-related skin issues. I’m driven by a mission to celebrate the richness of culture.
